Whittier Birthplace Board of Trustees
The Haverhill Whittier Club established the Trustees in 1893 as a private, non-profit trust. The Trustees continue to this day to maintain the house and grounds as closely as possible to their appearance when the Poet lived there. Charitable contributions are always welcome to enable the Trustees to continue in their efforts at present and through the years ahead.
